At 9:59 p.m., officers responded to James Street and Ridgeway Place after a driver was traveling westbound on James Street and turned onto Ridgeway Place, striking the 20-year-old, Lakewood police said. The driver remained on the scene, contacted emergency services and displayed no signs of impairment, police said.
