Nordstrom Rack To Replace Bed Bath & Beyond In Central Jersey Shopping Plaza A less expensive store for a luxury fashion chain is coming to a shopping center in Monmouth County. Nordstrom Rack will open up a store in spring 2025 at the old Bed Bath & Beyond location in Manalapan Commons. The retail chain announced the plans in a news release on Tuesday, Feb. 13. The store will join other chains in Manalapan Commons like Best Buy, Panera Bread, Five Below, PetSmart, and Raymour & Flanigan. Popeyes Opening Jersey Shore Location Popeyes is opening a location on the Jersey Shore. The fast-food eatery is slated to replaced the former Makoto restaurant in Stafford Square Plaza on Route 72 east, according to the Sand Paper. Popeyes could open this summer or later this year. Construction of a newly-approved Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread will begin will begin soon.

Motorcyclist, 20, ID'd In Fatal Central Jersey Shopping Center Crash Authorities have released the name of the 20-year-old motorcyclist who died of injuries from a crash at a Central Jersey shopping center. Jonathan T. Giorgi of Howell was killed in the collision Saturday night on an access road at Howell Commons Shopping Plaza, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said on Monday. A 2018 Honda Clarity was pulling out from an exit behind Panera Bread at 8:20 p.m. when it collided with Giorgi's 2020 Honda Grom motorcycle, the Prosecutor’s Office said in a press statement.
