A New Jersey business owner is accused of stealing nearly $30,000 in merchandise from a business in Central Pennsylvania, police announced in a release on Wednesday, July 31. Pierre A. Milien, 60 of Pemberton, NJ, is accused of taking exactly $29,371 in merchandise from a business located at 1400 AIP Dr. Suite 400 Middletown, PA, the Lower Swatara Township Police Department detailed in the release.
