At 3:31 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 14, Alfredo Huertas-Vidal was driving a motor vehicle while impaired in Buena Vista Twp when it left the roadway in on multiple occasions before striking a tree in the woods, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
