65 Injuries Linked To SUV Defect, Prompting Latest Massive Recall From Ford
Nearly 550,000 Ford SUVs are being recalled after dozens of people suffered injuries from an issue that creates sharp edges inside the vehicles, adding to a growing list of safety problems for the automaker.
Ford issued the recall for about 548,463 Expeditions from the 2018 through 2024 model years, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report filed on Monday, June 9. The affected SUVs were built from Tuesday, March 14, 2017, through Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024.

Man Exposed Himself At Spa: Medford Police
A 42-year-old Burlington man was arrested and charged after he exposed himself at a spa in Medford, authorities announced Wednesday, June 10.
At 10:25 a.m., on Wednesday, June 3, officers responded to Anna's Nails and Spa at 626 Stokes Rd. for a report of a man exposing himself to an employee at the business, Medford police said.
Police responded to the business and discovered the suspect, later identified as Daniel Tusa, left location in a gray Honda Civic, police said. The business provided video surveillance and the Medford Police were able to identify Tusa, police said.

A 26-year-old Absecon woman is missing, police announced Wednesday, June 10.
Simarpree Janjua walked away from her home on the 100 block of Shore Road in Absecon on Tuesday, June 9, at 10 a.m., Absecon police. She has no cell phone and no vehicle, police said. Family believes she may possibly be in the Atlantic City area.
She was last seen wearing a black shirt, shorts, clear frame glasses, and a blanket, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (609) 641-0667 ext. 1, police said.

A 23-year-old Camden man was arrested and charged after a woman was stabbed at an Acme supermarket in Audubon on Tuesday, June 9, authorities said.
At 9:47 p.m., officers responded to Acme Supermarket and found a 23-year-old woman lying on the ground with multiple lacerations, Audubon police said. The woman was transported from the scene to an area hospital, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Westville Dad Killed In Route 295 Crash, 27
Carlos Steven Romero-Guzman, a 27-year-old Westville man and father of three, was killed in a motorcycle crash on Route 295 in West Deptford on Monday, June 1.
