'Fire With A Victim' Reported On Jersey Shore (Photo) There was a serious fire on the Jersey Shore that included a victim, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.  The fire broke out at about 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23 on Cook Road in Jackson Township, initial reports said.  It was unclear how seriously the "victim" was hurt. Fire Victim Burned, Airlifted In Central Jersey Blaze: FD A fire with a victim was being battled in Central Jersey, authorities said. The fire was reported at about 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16 on McKinley Avenue South in Woodbridge Township, initial reports said. A medical helicopter was requested for a 30-year-old woman who had suffered burns, an unconfirmed report said. A spokesman for the Iselin Fire Department confirmed that one victim was airlifted to St. Barnabas Hospital. No other details were released. Atlantic City Man, 33, Wounded By Gunfire Atlantic City police are investigating a shooting that took place earlier Thursday. At 6:29 a.m., police responded to Indiana and Hummock avenues on a ShotSpotter alert.  Atlantic City police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Lt. Kevin Fair, a department spokesman. The unidentified shooting victim, 33, of Atlantic City, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with a non-life threatening injury, Fair said. A report of shots fired came in about 10 p.m. on Tuesday on the first block of North Hermitage Avenue, reports said. EMS crews took a man to Capital Health Regional Medical Center with gunshot wounds. The name of the victim and his condition were not immediately released.
