Steroids Found In PA Trooper's Mail, Authorities Say A Pennsylvania State Police trooper was arrested Wednesday, May 4 on drug charges after steroids were discovered in mail addressed to him, authorities said. Trooper Joseph W. Czachorowski was charged with misdemeanor counts of possessing a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana, and instruments of crime, state police said. Mail Thieves Used 'Bug Traps' To Steal Envelopes In Central Jersey: Police Police in South Brunswick are investigating several cases of mail being stolen by placing.a sticky material into Postal Service mail collection boxes, authorities said. The sticky material appeared to be bug traps, according to South Brunswick police. The most recent thefts occurred on Tuesday, April 12  outside the Dayton and Kendall Park Post Office branches, police said.
