‘Can You Guarantee I Won’t Be On TikTok?’: Video Shows Accused DWI Driver's Route 46 Arrest Newly released bodycam footage captures the moment a 43-year-old woman was arrested for DWI after driving the wrong way on Route 46 and crashing head-on into another vehicle, police said. The crash happened on Sunday, Feb. 24, at 2:40 a.m., when Clifton police responded to a head-on collision on Route 46 West between Crooks Avenue and the Garden State Parkway, according to Clifton Police Lt.
