Jersey Shore Acupuncturist Sexually Assaults Patient: Prosecutor
A 57-year-old Jersey Shore doctor has been charged with sexually assaulting a patient during an acupuncture appointment, police said.
Dr. Jeng K. Kuan, of Matawan, assaulted the woman during her appointment on Thursday, Jan. 25, at the Prosperity Health Center on Route 34, where he is the clinical director, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said.
Kuan, who is listed online as a chiropractor, was charged with one count of second-degree Sexual Assault and one count of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.

Motorcyclist On Stolen Bike Killed In Central Jersey Crash: Police
A 33-year-old motorcyclist riding a stolen Harley-Davidson was killed in a crash, authorities said.
Kyle J. Kolbasowski of South Amboy was pinned under a car and pronounced dead at the scene, Old Bridge police said.
The crash occurred on Route 34 north near Annie Drive at 7:53 p.m. Sunday, June 5.
The stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle, driven by Kolbasowski, collided with a Toyota Corolla, driven by Zannatul F. Chowdhury, 51, of Matawan, police said.

Monmouth County Woman, 19, Who Hit, Killed Man In Crosswalk While High On Weed Gets 4 Years
A 19-year-old Monmouth County woman was sentenced to four years behind bars for killing a pedestrian with her car while high on marijuana, authorities said.
Amy Amkhanitsky, of Morganville, struck and killed Richard Lockwood III, 69, of Old Bridge, who was attempting to cross Route 34 in a crosswalk near Anchor Boulevard on Feb. 5, 2020, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
Lockwood suffered from serious blunt force trauma and was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead later that evening.
