IT'S Over: Rochelle Park Detectives Nab Accused Porch Pirates, Recover 32 Packages From Pickup Spotting what had become a notorious white pickup truck, a Hackensack special police officer helped Rochelle Park detectives nab three accused porch pirates who they said snatched packages from residents in several Bergen County towns.
