The 16-year-old North Hunterdon High School student was a competitive and award-winning dancer of 11 years and had been looking at colleges, preparing for life's next chapter, according to her obituary on the Martin Funeral Home website. Abdul Elenani and Ayat Masoud are about to have a very busy autumn. The Pittstown, NJ couple will be expanding both their family — with the birth of their first child expected in October — and restaurant business with new locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, the couple told Daily Voice. Ayat, a Middle Eastern restaurant that Abdul named in honor of his dear wife, will open at 1243 W. Tilghman St., in Allentown, PA in October. Cyclist, 56, Flown To Hospital After Falling Down Steep Hill In Hunterdon County
A 56-year-old cyclist was flown to a nearby hospital after falling down a steep hill in Hunterdon County and losing consciousness, authorities said. The Pittstown woman was cycling on the Delaware-Raritan Canal Tow Path when she lost control of her bicycle and ran down a steep slope into a wooded area around 3:35 p.m. Sunday Oct. 23, a press release from Lambertville Police said. A beloved Hunterdon County mom was reported missing earlier this week, state police confirmed — but her family says they haven’t seen her in months. Hunterdon County Native, Beloved Family Restaurant Owner John Cryan III Dies Suddenly At 31
Hunterdon County native and family restaurant owner John F. Cryan III died suddenly at his home in Pittstown on July 17. He was 31. Born in Piscataway, Cryan spent several years in Inverness, FL before moving to Pittstown, where he’d lived for the past 21 years, his obituary says. Cryan graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School and Sage Day High School in 2008, his memorial says.
