PA Woman, 19, Shot In Paterson
A 19-year-old woman from Allentown, PA was hospitalized after being shot in Paterson on Saturday, Oct. 8, authorities said. The victim was already on her way to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center when police arrived at the shooting scene — North 9th Street and Belmont Avenue — around 9:40 p.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Paterson Police Chief Bert Ribeiro said. The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available. Paterson Man, 27, Shot, Killed Near School At Dismissal
A 27-year-old Paterson man was gunned down up the street from a Paterson public school at dismissal time Thursday afternoon, authorities confirmed. Police and EMTs rendered aid to Khalid Lisbon, who'd been struck several times shortly before 3 p.m. in the 300 block of Hamilton Avenue, a few doors down from Bragg Funeral Home on Rosa Parks Boulevard and a block from Sen. Jersey Shore Man Shot In Paterson Flags Down Police Next Town Over
A Jersey Shore man who was shot in the arm and leg in Paterson made it nearly a dozen blocks before flagging down a passing police officer in Haledon, authorities said. The 41-year-old victim from Long Branch apparently was shot at the corner of North 8th Street and Belmont Avenue around 7 p.m. Friday, they said.
