Man Jumps Off NJ Transit Parking Garage In Central Jersey
A man jumped to his death off a New Jersey Transit parking garage, authorities said. At approximately 3:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 7, NJ Transit Police were notified by Woodbridge police that an adult male had jumped from the Metropark Station parking garage, they said. New Jersey Transit Police arrived on scene and the man was pronounced dead, they said. An active investigation led by the NJ Transit Police Department is ongoing.

Man's Body Found In Stairwell Of Morristown Train Station
Authorities were investigating after a man's body was found at the Morristown train station overnight Sunday. The unidentified man's body was found around 12:30 a.m. on a stairwell at the Morris Street station, Acting Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said alongside local and county authorities. The incident was being investigated as a homicide, according to initial and unconfirmed reports. Arrest Made In Assault Of Teen Girl During Violent Montclair Home Invasion
A Newark man was charged with assaulting a teen girl in a violent Montclair home invasion last month, authorities said Tuesday. Anthony L. Harper, 30, is accused of breaking into a Hillside Avenue apartment through an unlocked window and demanding money from a 17-year-old girl shortly before 3:30 p.m. Oct. 19, police said.
