Arrest Made In Deadly Monmouth County Stabbing: Prosecutor A 28-year-old Ocean Township resident was arrested and charged on Monday, March 10 with a fatally stabbing a man in Neptune City last week, authorities said. Zhahiem Spann is charged with murder in the first degree and multiple weapons offenses, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago and Neptune City Police Department Chief Matthew Quagliato said. On Tuesday, March 4 at 11:31 p.m., Kaylib Paul was found with stab wounds outside a residence on the 200 block of West Sylvania Avenue. Double-Shooting Investigated On Jersey Shore Authorities are investigating a double shooting that took place on the Jersey Shore. At 7:14 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, members of the Freehold Borough Police Department responded to the 70 block of Center Street for the report of a shooting incident.  Police found two victims, a male and a female, suffering from gunshot wounds.
