Felon Who Shot Into Virginia Apartment Nabbed By US Marshals In New Jersey: Police A convicted felon who authorities say shot multiple times into a northern Virginia apartment last month was arrested by US Marshals agents in New Jersey. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office last week asked the public to help them locate Angad S. Siviam, 30, of Leesburg. He had been missing since May 31.  Sivia had visited an apartment complex in Ashburn on Omeara Terrace early that morning when he got into an argument with some of the residents, deputies said. That ended when he fired several bullets into the building and ran away, the Sheriff's Office said. No one was injured.&n…
