Armed Convict Arrested On Bicycle: Lawrence Police Lawrence Township Police Officer Piotr Bystrek was on routine patrol on Friday, May 31 at about 2:35 a.m. in the 2100 block of Princeton Pike in Lawrenceville when he observed two males on bicycles commit a traffic violation. Bystrek made contact with the Princeton males who were positively identified as Jaylin Derry-Poole, 20, and Alfred Jornegay, 31, Lawrence Township police said. PD: Newark Duo Busted With Illegal Handgun, Large Capacity Magazine, Ecstasy In Morris County A man and woman from Newark had an illegal handgun with a large capacity magazine as well as ecstasy and Suboxone when they were pulled over for a violation in Hanover, authorities said Antoine Watson, 31, and Shadeekah Moon, 37, had controlled dangerous substances in plain view when they were pulled over in Hanover Aug. 30, Chief Mark D. Toms River Police Silence Dispute Over Handgun A dispute involving a handgun led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man from Lakehurst Borough, authorities said. Toms River police were called to Main Street Apartments about noon on Wednesday "in reference to a civil matter involving a handgun," they said. A woman told police that Jaylin Evans pointed a handgun at her during an argument. Evans then struck her in the head and pushed her into the walls of the residence, according to police.
