Jersey Shore Man Who Labeled Shipment Of Iguanas As Toys Sentenced To Home Confinement
UPDATE: A Jersey Shore man who falsely labeled a package containing 10 live iguanas bound for Hong Kong as “toys" was sentenced by a federal judge Tuesday to a plea-bargained six months of home confinement as part of three years probation.
Jason Ksepka, 44, of Farmingdale, also was prohibited from "harassing, harming, pursuing, hunting, shooting, wounding, trapping, capturing, or collecting wildlife or attempting to engage in such conduct," U.S Attorney for New Jersey Philip R. Sellinger said.

This is how 21-year-old Montgomery County native Issac Timothy Ashton is being remembered. Isaac died on Jan. 25, 2021, following a short but valiant battle with leukemia.
Born in Langhorne, Isaac later moved to Lambertville, New Jersey, where he lived up until his death, his obituary says.
A scholar and highly-talented musician, Isaac played in the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County, traveling to Italy and France to play in open-air concerts.

Ewing Man Charged In Trenton Cousin's Fatal Shooting
A Ewing man was charged in connection with Monday's fatal shooting of a teenage cousin in Trenton, authorities said.
Horace Jones, 34, was taken into custody shortly after the Oakland Avenue shooting at 12:30 a.m., Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said in a statement.
The victim, 18-year-old Tayvion Jones, was found in the home's kitchen with a gunshot wound to the chest, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor said. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
Jones, 34, was charged with murder and possessing a weapon, Onofri said.
