Brazilian Steakhouse Opening First NJ Location At Garden State Plaza A Brazilian steakhouse will be opening its first New Jersey location at the Garden State Plaza, BoozyBurbs reports. Fogo de Chão opened in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1979 and came to the US 20 years later. Like most churrascarias, waiters come table-to-table with a variety of meats to choose from.Click here for the menu. Fogo de Chão is set to open sometime next year, according to BoozyBurbs.
