A 19-year-old Tenafly driver was killed and three passengers were injured -- one critically -- when a sedan slammed into a tree, authorities said. An injured passenger flagged down a police car following the 10 p.m. crash Saturday on Knickerbocker Road at the corner of Columbus Drive, Tenafly Police Chief Robert Chamberlain said Firefighters cut the roof off to free a 32-year-old Bayonne woman sitting in the front seat. Serious Injury Crash With Drug Overdose Reported In Central Jersey
Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a serious injury crash that involved a drug overdose in Central Jersey, authorities said. The person was left unconscious by the OD about 2:20 p.m. Friday at 342 Monmouth Road in Freehold, initial reports said. All Firefighters Needed For Mount Laurel House Blaze
It was an "all hands" outcry for firefighters in South Jersey, authorities said. The call came in at at 9:45 a.m. about a blaze breaking out at 14 Federal Street in Mount Laurel, Burlington County, reports said. Command said the fire was throughout the building but that they were making good progress, reports said. There was a partial collapse of the building's side, a report said. Tractor-Trailer Flips, Leaks Fluid On Route 206 South Jersey
Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called on a report of a tractor-trailer rolling over in Burlington County, authorities said. The truck overturned about 11:30 a.m. Friday on the 1000 block of Route 206 in Bordentown, according to initial reports.
