A movie production studio in Carteret got a financial boost from New Jersey through a $4.7 million state grant. It's part of a $1 billion, 10-acre redevelopment project, according to Carteret Mayor Daniel J. Reiman. A Jersey Shore property that has sat vacant for more than a decade will soon be transformed into a nearly $1 billion Netflix production studio.
