A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a van last week, after passing drivers moved his body to the side of Route 7, authorities said. Bomb Threats At 3 Walmarts In Central Jersey Unfounded
There were bomb threats reported at three Walmart stores in Central Jersey, authorities said. The Monday, July 18 threats came at about 3:30 p.m. at 1126 Route 9 in Old Bridge, at the Edison Walmart on Route 27 and at the East Brunswick Walmart on Route 18. East Brunswick police are investigating reports of a sexual assault on a park trail, NJ Advance Media reported. The incident took place on May 28 around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of paths in Heavenly Farms Park between the Cultural Arts Center, turf fields and dog park, the outlet said. NJ 'Werewolf' Killer To Be Released From VA Mental Institution
A New Jersey man who thought he was killing a werewolf when he attacked an Alexandria store manager is set to be released from a mental institution soon, a report says. Pankaj Bhasin, 37, killed Bradford Jackson, a stranger to him, in 2018. Police ID Bicyclist Struck, Killed In Central Jersey
A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle in Central Jersey, authorities said. Luis H. Loaiza-Cañas, 64, of South River, was struck shortly before 6 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24 on Old Bridge Turnpike at Milltown Road in East Brunswick, police said. Loaiza-Cañas was pronounced dead at the scene. Tractor-Trailer Flips On NJ Turnpike, Exit Closed:

A tractor-trailer rolled over on the New Jersey Turnpike in East Brunswick, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 20 at the Interchange 9 exit from the outer roadway to the toll plaza, a New Jersey State Police spokesman said. One non-life-threatening injury was reported and the victim was taken to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, he said. The exit from the southbound outer lanes remained shut down at about 1:30 p.m.
