A pair of New Jersey congressmen have made an urgent request for Rutgers University to address the antisemitism and safety concerns raised for months by Jewish students on campus. Congressman Donald Norcross's is being treated for dehydration after he collapsed during a Labor Day speech, his office said. The scary incident happened Friday, Sept. 1, at the annual wreath-laying ceremony at the Peter J. McGuire memorial in Pennsauken — Norcross' 1st Congressional District. As Gov.
