A Florham Park officer stopped the car for traffic violations and noticed all occupants were wearing ski masks and dressed in all black, Florham Park Police Chief Joseph Orlando said. One of the men in the vehicle, age 18, had been wanted for homicide and had been charged as a juvenile in the crime in an adjacent county, the chief said.
