Camden County Passenger Killed By Metal Object Flying Through Windshield On New Jersey Turnpike
A piece of metal flew through the windshield of a car in Mercer County, killing a passenger from Camden County, authorities said.
Steven Bradshaw, 39, of Audubon, died after the object hit the hood of a Toyota and ricocheted inside, according to Detective Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded to the accident on Thursday, March 7 at about 1:20 p.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike north, milepost 67 in East Windsor Township, Lebron said.
There were no other injuries reported, he said.

One lucky Powerball lottery ticket matched five of the five white balls for the Wednesday, Feb. 28, drawing.
The ticket won a $1 million second-tier prize. The ticket was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the win to $2 million, state Lottery officials said.
The winning ticket was sold at Smoker’s Outlet, 123 W. Clements Bridge, Runnemede in Camden County.

The National Weather Service has released snow totals from the latest winter storm.
In New Jersey, the most amount of snow from the Friday, Jan. 19 storm appears to have fallen in Hopewell Township (Cumberland County) and Mount Royal (Gloucester County), where 6.5 inches of snow were reported.
Atlantic County: Dorothy, a section of Weymouth, got 6.4 inches, the most amount of snow across Atlantic County. Six inches fell in Atlantic City, 5.6 in Mullica Township, 5.5 in Mays Landing, and on average, between 2 and 6 inches across the county.
