Five people have been arrested in connection with a major drug-dealing network on the Jersey Shore, authorities said.

A 23-year-old fugitive wanted in an Ocean County fatal shooting at a hookah lounge has been caught in Virginia, authorities said.
Eric Manzanares, of Asbury Park, a fugitive from justice relative to the murder of Nymere Tinsley, 25, of Brick Township, has been apprehended in Prince William County, Virginia, they said.
Manzanares is being held in the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center in Manassas, VA, pending extradition to New Jersey, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
