Thousands of New Jersey voters spent their weekend standing in line at early voting stations fresh off an extra hour of sleep on Sunday, Nov. 3.

Record-breaking numbers were being reported from the state's 159 polling places according to Lt. Governor Tahesha Way.
Way said 138,919 people voted on Friday, Nov. 1, and 139,778 voted on Saturday, Nov. 2.

Found! Missing NJ Student, 19, Safe And Sound, Taken To Hospital For Evaluation
UPDATE: Morgan Panzer, a 19-year-old Bergen Community College freshman from Nutley whose parents reported her missing on Wednesday, was found Friday evening in Clifton, a family member confirmed.
"They found her in the Wendy's by the Clifton Commons," he told Daily Voice around 5:30 p.m. "She's OK. She heading to Clara Maas Medical Center (in Belleville).
"A huge shout out to the Nutley and Clifton police departments."

Beloved Ridgewood Native, 26, Dies In PA Crash
Sensei, astronomer, photographer and more, Michael Capurso was a man of many talents, gifts and pursuits.
A memorial service is scheduled next weekend for the popular Ridgewood native, who was killed in a crash last week in Pennsylvania.
Capurso, 26, was behind the wheel of a Subaru SUV that slid off the road into a tree and burst into flames near his Shohola, PA home around 11 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, friends said.
Capurso had taught class that night at the Ridgewood Karate Academy, where he was a head instructor, friends said.

Covid-19 Cases Rise To 11,124 In NJ, $146M Set Aside For Hospitals, PPE Shipment Arrives
The number of coronavirus cases in New Jersey had risen to 11,124 with 140 known deaths as of Saturday, Gov. Phil Murphy announced.
"We are now into five digits, as we predicted — at the pace we expected," he said.
"If that isn’t reason to continue your social distancing, please take this one to heart. This is not a game... It is critical for you to stay home."
Hospitals in the state will be receiving $146 million as part of a new funding plan, Murphy said.
