Math Teacher From Bayville Accused Of Second Lewd Act In Girls' Locker Room A second incident of lewd behavior involving a math teacher is under investigation in Ocean County. Joshua Eckersley, 33, of Bayville, already faces one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said he surrendered to police Thursday afternoon.
