Shooter Fires Several Rounds At Vehicle In Somerset County
Authorities were investigating after two men were shot at while riding in a vehicle in Somerset County Wednesday night. The driver told police he heard multiple "pops," which he initially thought were gunshots, while driving northbound on Phillips Roads toward Baier Avenue in Franklin around 11 p.m., Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H.
