From 2018 through 2022, Cipriano Diaz sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 13, the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said. The assaults occurred in Franklin Township, authorities said. A warrant has been issued for Diaz's arrest, authorities said.
Diaz is 6'3" and weighs 210 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a face scar on his left cheek. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 908-231-7100
