Louis Murphy, 22, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 12, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. An officer saw two vehicles crash into each other near the intersection of Tennessee and Baltic avenues at around 4:52 p.m. Murphy walked away from his vehicle and the officer chased him down to detain him.
