Substitute Teacher, 41, Had Sex With Teenage Student, Burlington Prosecutor Says A 41-year-old substitute teacher from Burlington County has been arrested for having a sexual relationship with a teenage student, authorities said. Kameelah Kareem of Willingboro was charged with second-degree sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child on Wednesday, according to  Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon.
