Warren Guerrier, 47,  had previously pleaded guilty in Newark federal court to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, US Attorney Phillip Sellinger said. Feds: Ring In NJ, NY Used GPS To Track Vehicles Before Stealing, Reselling Them Online FBI agents arrested the ringleader of a Newark-based, multi-state ring whose members attached GPS devices to vehicles to determine where and when it was easiest to steal them, authorities said.
