Authorities: Driver Caught, Two Sought In Gunshot Slaying Outside Hospital In Paterson
Two men remained at large after beating and shooting a Paterson man dead and wounding another outside St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, said authorities who arrested a suspect described as their getaway driver.
John Delacruz, 22, was in custody, charged with murder, attempted murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses, authorities said Monday.
Two others charged with the same offenses were identified as Wilfredo Garcia, 20, and Modino Garcia, 42, both of Paterson.
