Reward: $3K Offered In Newark Penn Station Cold Case Attack A $3,000 reward is being offered by the NJ Transit Police Department for anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect wanted in connection with an unprovoked assault outside Newark Penn Station. Surveillance footage shows a man being punched in the face by the younger suspect as he approached the Raymond Plaza East exit of Newark Penn Station around 7:20 p.m. March 6, officials said.
