UPDATE: A 73-year-old Guatemalan national living in Palisades Park who was charged with the death of an 11-month-old baby allegedly had been treating people in the area for years -- including the dead infant's older brother. Gospel Singer Performs Sex Act On Man As Part Of 'Physical Exam' For NJTransit Job: Prosecutor
A 75-year-old gospel singer was arrested for performing a sex act on a man after telling him it was part of a physical examination for a job with NJTransit, authorities said. Albert J. Lewis, Jr. instructed the 41-year-old Congolese national to come to his Newark home so that he could get more information from him for the job in January 2022, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. NY Man Who Posed As North Jersey Physician Busted In Prescription Fraud Scheme — Again
Police in Sussex County busted a repeat offender who they say posed as a physician in an unfruitful attempt to fraudulently obtain prescription medications. William Tifa, 23, tried to pick up a prescription for a controlled dangerous substance that was allegedly called in by a physician at North Country Pharmacy on Munsonhurst Road on Jan. 26, Franklin Borough Police said.
