A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle along Route 21 in Passaic on Tuesday, Oct. 22, authorities said. The unidentified male was struck by an Acura sedan while trying to cross the roadway in the northbound lanes around 8:05 p.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
