Newark Man Found Fatally Shot In Orange
The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is investigating a fatal shooting in Orange just after midnight Saturday. Police responding to 67 Central Ave. shortly before 1 a.m. found a man with a gunshot wound sitting in a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified as 35-year-old Shakur L. Cole of Newark. Anyone with information is urged to call the prosecutor's tips line at 877-847-7432.
