Road Rage: NY Driver Charged In Shooting On Route 78, Prosecutor Says A pickup truck driver from New York has been charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses following a road-rage shooting on Route 78 in Hunterdon County earlier this month, authorities said. Collen M. Brown, 25, of Jamaica, NY, was driving a pickup truck eastbound alongside a tractor-trailer when he fired a 9 mm handgun at its engine compartment around 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 15, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M.
