Crash Snarls Traffic On Garden State Parkway In Union County: Njsp A crash on the Garden State Parkway in Union County has backed up traffic on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 19, authorities said. The crash occurred on the Garden State Parkway northbound near Exit 137 at Route 28 in Kenilworth and Cranford Township, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. Though all lanes have reopened, according to NJDOT, traffic remains bad, according to a witness at the scene.
