Jackknifed Tractor Trailer Snarls Traffic On Route 78 Multiple lanes were closed following a fuel spill and a jackknifed tractor trailer on Route 78 in Hunterdon County Friday, Jan. 19. It happened in the eastbound lanes, east of Exit 12 in Union Township by Perryville Rd., the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. Two left lanes of three lanes are closed, NJ DOT said.
