The two were rear-ended around 7:35 p.m. on Nov. 6 near Route 21 and Murray Street, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. BMW Bandits: Crew In Luxury Car Robbed Man In Newark, Police Say The Newark Police Department is asking the public's help locating the people who took part in a robbery of a man Aug. 30.  The victim was in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue around 8 p.m. when a BMW X3 pulled up and two males got out, demanding the victim's valuables at gunpoint.
