Three men have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting last fall in Trenton, authorities said. Leroy Tutt, 37, of Trenton, was killed in the November 2023 shooting, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. Search For Missing Person Ends Tragically Near NJ Mountain
The search for a missing person ended tragically when their body was found near a New Jersey mountain, authorities said. The person, whose name is being withheld, was last seen on Friday, Aug. 18, according to Hopewell Township and Pennington Borough police. A Trenton-area ex-con who served time for drug and weapons convictions is headed to federal prison for 25 years. Timothy “Young Money” Wimbush, 33, will have to serve out just about all of the sentence because there's no parole in the federal prison system. Wimbush rejected a plea offer from the government after he was caught armed and dealing during a gun war in Trenton. A 24-year-old man from Mercer County died of injuries suffered in a shooting in Trenton earlier this month, authorities said. Justin Prescott Reed, of Ewing, died on May 22, as a result of injuries he sustained in the May 14 shooting on Brunswick Avenue, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said on Wednesday, May 31. A skull fished out of the Delaware River nearly 40 years ago has been identified as belonging to a missing New Jersey man, authorities revealed Monday, Jan. 30. Richard Thomas Alt, a 31-year-old Trenton man, was last seen by loved ones on Christmas Eve in 1984, said Bucks District Attorney Matthew Weintraub in a statement. Recent Hightstown High School graduate Julia McDaid, 18, was found dead in East Windsor Monday morning, police said. McDaid’s body was found near Bear Brook off of Oak Creek Road around 9:10 a.m., East Windsor Police said in a press release.
