US Marshals Arrest Trenton Fugitive In Fatal Shooting: Prosecutor A 38-year-old fugitive from Trenton has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said. Chelsey White was charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
