Kearny Man, 44, Stabbed Passenger In His Vehicle In Clifton, Police Say A 44-year-old Kearny man is facing charges for stabbing a 31-year-old Paterson victim in Clifton, police said. Daniel Carbajal-Flores was operating a 2018 Honda when he stabbed the victim, a passenger in the vehicle, at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Russell Street just after 1 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, Clifton Police Lt. Robert Anderson said. Clifton Driver Killed In Route 21 Crash A Clifton man died when he crashed his car through a sound barrier off Route 21 before dawn Saturday, authorities confirmed. Franklin Cedeno, 38, crashed his 2007 Audi A4 coming off the southbound ramp at Lexington Avenue just after 2:45 a.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Clifton Police Chief Mark Centurione said in a joint announcement. Cedeno was pronounced dead at the scene, they said.
