Staten Island Motorcyclist, 27, Killed In Route 287 Crash A 27-year-old motorcyclist from Staten Island died in a weekend crash on Route 287 in Somerset County, authorities said. Durmish Golesh was heading north on a Kawasaki when he rear-ended a Hyundai, overturned, and struck the back of an Infiniti around 11:25 a.m. on Saturday, June 15 in Far Hills, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. Golesh was thrown from the bike and died, Lebron said. No other injuries were reported and the crash remains under investigation.

Clifford Walton was operating the Kawasaki dirt bike that collided with a Jeep Cherokee on Arlington Avenue and Gordon Street in Aberdeen around 6 p.m., Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Brandon Agron was heading north on a Kawasaki motorcycle on Route 206 near Amboy Road when he was struck from behind by a 2016 Kia Sedan around 9:45 p.m., Bordentown Township police said. Agron, of Jobstown, was pronounced dead at the scene while the Kia driver -- John Tozzi -- 82, of Hamilton -- was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, police said. Englewood Motorcyclist, 50, Killed In Turnpike Ramp Crash A 50-year-old motorcyclist from Englewood was killed in a crash on Route 278 in Union County over the weekend, state police said. Shawn Palmer was on the Route 278 ramp to the NJ Turnpike when he struck a concrete barrier on the right side of the road around 7 p.m. Saturday, Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Palmer was ejected from his Kawasaki and fell from the elevated roadway onto a portion of Route 278, and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. The motorcycle hit a GMC box truck, Goez said. The truck driver was uninjured, the trooper said.
