An ex-con who opened fire on an Elizabeth street while wearing a disguise was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in federal prison. Because there’s no parole in the federal prison system, city resident Jarrell L. Daniels, 29, must serve just about all of the sentence handed down in U.S. District Court in Newark. Man, 20, Shot And Killed In Elizabeth, Reward Of Up To $10K For Info
A 20-year-old Elizabeth man was fatally shot in the city early Saturday, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said. Jamile Robbins was found by police in a parking lot of Irvington Avenue. He was taken to Trinitas Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Elizabeth police, the Union County Sheriff and Union County police, along with the county Homicide Task Force, are all involved in the investigation. Suspect In Daytime Elizabeth Shooting Arrested
An Elizabeth man has been charged with shooting another man on a city street Monday morning, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said. Police were called to the 400 block of Irvington Avenue around 8:45 a.m. and found a man who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to University Hospital in Newark, where he was listed in stable condition following emergency surgery. Cecil Z.
