A flood watch has been issued by the National Weather Service across much of New Jersey ahead of drizzles expected to turn into downpours. New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is urging residents to stay off the roads ahead of a winter storm expected Monday, Feb. 12 into Tuesday, Feb. 13. The watch remains in effect until 9 p.m. across Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Sussex and Warren counties.
