A 45-year-old Easton, PA man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Route 78 in New Jersey on Tuesday, July 2, authorities said. At 10:04 p.m., a BMW motorcycle traveling eastbound on Route 78 in Greenwich Township struck the back of a 2017 Toyota Camry, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, was ejected and was subsequently struck by a 2020 Toyota Camry, killing him, Marchan said. Two people were killed, including a 12-year-old child, in a crash on Route 78 in Warren County on Wednesday night, May 22, authorities said. At 11:23 p.m., a Lincoln passenger vehicle traveling east on Route 78 in Greenwich Township entered the right shoulder and crashed into the back of an international tractor semi-trailer, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police, said. The driver and a 12-year-old child in the backseat were killed, Lebron said. Mexican Truckers Busted With $28 Million Of Marijuana At NJ Weigh Station: Prosecutor
Two men from Mexico were arrested on Tuesday, March 12, at a Warren County weigh station after being found with more than $28 million worth of marijuana, authorities said. The New Jersey State Police Mobile Safe Freight Unit was conducting an inspection of a commercial tractor trailer carrying oranges from California to Queens at the Greenwich Township Weigh Station, Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said. The National Weather Service has released snow totals from the latest winter storm. In New Jersey, the most amount of snow from the Friday, Jan. 19 storm appears to have fallen in Hopewell Township (Cumberland County) and Mount Royal (Gloucester County), where 6.5 inches of snow were reported. Atlantic County: Dorothy, a section of Weymouth, got 6.4 inches, the most amount of snow across Atlantic County. Crash With Freightliner Kills Pennsylvania Driver On Route 78 In New Jersey: Police
A Honda driver from Pennsylvania was killed after hitting a Freightliner that was parked on the shoulder of Route 78 early on Tuesday, Nov. 7, police confirmed. Alejandro Reyes-Moya, 52, was driving a Honda CRV on the eastbound side near milepost 4.2 in Greenwich Township when he struck the back of a Freightliner pulling a utility trailer that was parked on the right shoulder around 4:15 a.m., Sgt. Charles Marchan told Daily Voice. Reyes-Moya, of Lebanon, PA, was killed in the crash, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation and there was no further information as of press time.

Blake Herdlein Of Greenwich Township Dies, 26
Former New Jersey resident and Temple University graduate Blake Herdlein died on Thursday, March 9. He was 26 years old. A Rochester, NY native, Blake grew up in Greenwich Township, having attended Greenwich Elementary School, Stewartsville Middle School, Bethlehem Catholic High School, Phillipsburg High School, and Warren County Community College, his obituary says. Blake went on to graduate from Temple University's Fox School of Business, before opening his own marketing firm, Herdlein, LLC. Motorcyclist Airlifted To Hospital After Serious Warren County Crash, Police Say
A motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital after a weekend crash in Warren County, authorities confirmed. A motor vehicle collided with the motorcyclist on Route 173 near milepost 2.2 in Greenwich Township just before 12:50 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, Police Chief Richard Hummer told DailyVoice.com on Tuesday.
