A 29-year-old ex-con with a lengthy criminal record deliberately set a fire in a vacant Paterson home occupied by squatters, authorities said. Erin Micco, a Florida native who recently lived in Rutherford, was charged with two counts of aggravated arson in the Tuesday morning fire on Pearl Street, they said.
