An Albanian man from Fort Lee was arrested after police said he repeatedly screamed "biased derogatory remarks” at an Asian woman in a high rise near the George Washington Bridge. The two were sharing an elevator at the Mediterranean Towers when Afrim Haxhaj, 31, began harassing the 41-year-old victim, Fort Lee Police Capt.
